Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shoppe (the "Site"), a multi-vendor online marketplace. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a legally binding contract to register — accounts are not for minors without a parent or guardian's consent.
• We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is inactive for an extended period.

2. The Marketplace

Shoppe is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party vendors. Each vendor is solely responsible for the products they list — including descriptions, pricing, stock, quality, and legal compliance. We are not the seller of vendor-fulfilled items and do not manufacture, inspect, or warehouse most products listed on the Site. Your contract for a purchase is with the vendor fulfilling it, subject to any additional policies they publish on their storefront.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are set by vendors and displayed in the currency shown at checkout; they may change at any time before an order is placed.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we or the vendor may decline (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).
• Payment is processed through the payment method you select at checkout; you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable shipping and fees.
• You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information for your order.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping times and costs vary by vendor and delivery location and are shown at checkout. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled per the applicable vendor's stated policy and any consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase; contact us if a vendor is unresponsive and we'll help mediate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content (including reviews).
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Site without our written consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, logo, text, and software are owned by Shoppe or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions belong to the respective vendor or brand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that products listed by vendors are accurately described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoppe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase made through it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, vendors, or the Site itself. You may stop using the Site and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever they change.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shoppe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required to apply by the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
